Two Youths Arrested
Two youths were arrested in Cathedral Square outside the Post Office about 10.30 p.m. yesterday and put in a police car by two constables after a struggle. They will appear in the Magistrate’s Court today, one charged with using obscene language and the other with obstructing a police constable.
