RIGHT-WING LEAFLETS
Bombs Used In Distribution fW.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) DALLAS (Texas), Feb. 24. Bursting bombs, at least one believed dropped from a low-flying plane, scattered Right-wing leaflets in at least three cities last night, the Associated Press reported. Damage was believed slight, probably less than $2OOO.
The “Death of Socialism” leaflets were scattered in Dallas, Little Rock (Arkansas), and Carthage (Texas). The leaflets. Right-wing literature directed at socialism and bureaucracy, bore a “Minutemen” signature and were headed “Fight the Parasites,” “Stop the Bureaucratic Tyrant,” and “Death to Socialism.”
Speed Skating.—Miss A. Schut fthe Netherlands) set a women’s speed skating world record at Inzell, Germany. She skated the 1500 metre course io 2min 18.5 sec. The record was 2min 19sec held by Miss I. Voronina (Russia).
