JUMPING SHOW AT WAIMATE

Results Of Second Day’s Events

There was a very strong support in the improver grades at the New Zealand Horse Society's two-day jumping show held at Knottingly Park, Waimate, during the week-end.

Entries in this class were more than 46. while entries in other classes were down on last year.

The standard of jumping in the South Canterbury Open Jumping championship was a triumph for the North Island visitor. Mr Colin Clark, of Te Awamutu, who on Town Boy was the on’.y competitor to score a clear round. His success on Sunday followed a disappointing first day.
