School Cert. Results
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, Jan. 6.
Results of the 1968 School Certificate examination should be posted to students about mid-January, said Mr R. W. T. Denby, head of the Department of Education examinations division, yesterday. Of more than 50,000 candidates, some 35,000 were expected to receive a School Certificate in one or more subjects, Mr Denby said. Most of the material from marking had now been assembled for the departmental computer to digest—and it should be possible by the end of this week to declare a date on which results "would be posted.
