Quite a number of pools have been built by the owners themselves and naturally this means a considerable saving. The precast concrete slabs, concrete blocks, as well as poured concrete, are all methods you can use. Advice will be given, and plans are available. The money saved can be used for the filtration system, or the pool heater. But remember—you still need a permit.
