(N .Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. The exclusive' television rights for the 1970 World Cup soccer championship in Mexico, have been sold for a massive $1,446,525. Sir Stanley Rous, the English president of F.1.F.A., the world governing body of soccer, confirmed yesterday that a 37-year-old Mexican millionaire, Mr Emilio Azcarraga, had bought the rights on behalf of the Telesistema Mexiicana.
