Call On Biafra

Britain and Nigeria called on Biafra yesterday to open land routes into its territory for the passage of relief supplies befdre there was a serious deterioration in the situation. The appeal came in a communique issued at the end of talks between the Federal Government and Lord Shepherd. British Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
