ON THE SPOT.—Mr Ernie Lee, a London (Ontario) “Free Press” photographer, took this picture of a Canadian Northern Railway turbo-train slicing through a trailer-transport truck at a crossing in Kingston, Ontario. Mr Lee was riding in the observation dome on the inaugural trip and was preparing to take a picture of another turbo-train coming from Montreal when the collision occurred.
