Difficulty Of , U.K. Butter (N.Z.P.A. Staff Correspondent) GENEVA, December 15. The inclusion of the United Kingdom butter market in an arrangement for minimum world prices was isolated today as the main obstacle to an international agreement when the dairy committee of the General Agreement on (Tariffs and Trade ended its (meeting. I Both G.A.T.T. and New Zealand sources indicated a number of other differences remained between the parties, but felt the prospects of compromise in these areas were reasonable. The committee agreed to continue with negotiations on February 17; a special meeting of dairy experts will take place at the same time.
