A 57-year-old French journalist, Mr Jacques Marcuse, said yesterday he was determined to go through with his offen to be a prisoner of the Chinese, in exchange for the Reuters correspondent, Mr Anthony Grey, who has been detained in Peking for 16 months, the Associated Press.’reported. “This is-not a publicity stunt,” said Mr Marcuse, a freelance journalist in Geneva. “I am determined to go through with it.” His offer was sent by registered express airmail letter to the Peking Government on Friday.
