Christmas Barbecue
A barbecue followed by an open-air service at the Tai Tapu Domain tomorrow will replace the usual Christmas picnic held by St Mark’s Presbyterian Church, Riccarton. Young people of the church will start the barbecue about 4 p.m., and the other parishioners will join them for the service about 6 p.m. The organisers expect up to 100 families to attend.
