CHRISTMAS MAIL

The final surface mail to reach Britain and Europe by Christmas will leave TimarU in the Britannic next Wednesday.

This means that all second class mail—parcels, packets and newspapers—will close at the Chief Post Office in Christchurch at 10 a.m. tomorrow.
