Summit In Algiers
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) ALGIERS, Sept. 15. Delegates from 39 countries at the Organisation of African Unity’s fifth summit conference In Algiers went into the second full day of talks today behind firmly-closed doors. At a six-hour session yesterday, they decided not to reveal details of the 10-point agenda they adopted, but it is known that matters yet to be discussed include the report by the Ethiopian leader (Emperor Haile Selassie) on the efforts to restore peace in Nigeria.
The summit's first task today was to debate resolutions formed at last week’s eleventh meeting of the O.A.U. Ministerial Council.
