PUBLIC NOTICES WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP PORTION OF ROAD IN THE MATTER OF THE “PUBUC WORKS ACT, 1928” and the “COUNTIES ACT. 1956.” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Waimairi County Council proposes under the provisions of the above mentioned acts to stop portion of an unformed part of Burwood Road adjoining Rural Sections 2431, 39532 and Lot 24 D.P, 18615 being Part Rural Section 1856 and containing an area of 33.5 perches. FURTHER PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a plan showing the area of land forming the unformed portion of Burwood Road, which it is proposed to stop, is deposited at the Public Office of the said Council at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys Roads, Fendalton, where it is open for inspection during ordinary office hours.
