Bushman Goes Berserk
A bushman due to demonstrate his remote tribe’s traditional arts and crafts at an arts festival in Cape Town went berserk and caused a traffic jam by dancing nude, through the main street Izak Bondeslwarts smashed glass exhibition cases on a visit to the Cultural History Museum and then attacked three fel-low-bushmen before shedding his clothes and disappearing into Cape Town’s rush-hour traffic. The three tribesmen told the police that Bondeslwarts had been “animated” since attending his first cinema show the previous night.—Cape Town, September 13.
