FEEDING HINT
Persons who keep fowls in their backyard should take care they do not put too much feed in the birds’ trough at the one time, poultry experts say.
This is because the fowls will tend to eat the grain and leave the fine material, which will eventually become stale and possibly toxic. Further, by not eating the fine material the birds are not getting important vitamins, minerals and protein.
