Mr A. J. W. Lamb, who has been appointed Waimairi County engineer to succeed Mr I. Calvert when he resigns in October, was yesterday appointed to the technical committee of the Christchurch Regional Planning Authority. Mr R. Ballinger was welcomed to the Lincoln College Council yesterday as a coopted member.
