Obituary
MR G. HUTTER (N.Z. Preu Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 25. A former sports announcer whose voice was familiar to thousands of New Zealand radio listeners, Mr Gordon Hutter, has died in Auckland, at the age of 67. Mr Hutter for many years broadcast commentaries on racing, wrestling, Rugby, and boxing events in Auckland. He later was employed as a stipendiary steward by the New Zealand Trotting Conference until he went to Australia to become a stipendiary steward for the Western Australia Trotting Association. He returned to Auckland eight years ago, and took a prominent interest in pony club affairs.
