Czechoslovak Agriculture Minister, Mr Josef Boruvka, said in Prague last night that more than 200,000 men and thousands of tanks had been sent into Czechoslovakia, a Czechoslovak radio station reported. The radio, monitored in London, said the Minister told reporters outside Prague Castle that the length of President Svoboda’s stay in Moscow was a good sign because the Soviet side was “seeking a suitable way out.” “If the Soviet representatives, as occupiers of our country, were convinced they were right they would hardly talk with us for more than half an hour and that would be that,” the Minister said.
