Rumanian Plan For Meeting
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) VIENNA, August 24. President Nicolae Ceausescu of Rumania is planning to organise a meeting of European Communist parties to discuss the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia. The Belgrade correspondent, who quoted informed sources, said Mr Ceausescu envisaged convening the meeting in Prague if the Czechoslovak leader, Mr Alexander Dubcek, could take part.
