Beer For Blood
A Waikato brewery last week gave a quart bottle of beer for every pint of blood given by officers and men of the New Zealand frigate Waikato, which is visiting Tauranga. About 100 officers and ratings, including the captain, Captain N. D. Anderson, gave a pint of blood each for Tauranga and Waikato Hospitals
