Cricket School For Women
Eighteen of New Zealand’s top women cricketers will take part in a coaching course at the Hagley Sports Centre, starting today. The course, under the direction of the New Zealand Cricket Council’s coach, M. J. Horton, is a follow-up to a similar course at Auckland in March, under Horton and B. Sutcliffe.
The players will spend a week in Christchurch, as part of a programme to prepare the players for the forthcoming tests against the touring English women’s cricket team.
