Curtis, in the second round of the men's singles in the Australian squash rackets championship. Isaacs won, 9-5, 9-1, 9-6. His countryman, D. Burmeister. New Zealand's number two. .also recorded a good win when he defeated the West Australian, G. Diggins, 9-4, 9-1, 10-8. Both players go through to the third round, in which Burmeister will play the Australian number two. K. Hiscoe, and Isaacs will meet C. Nancarrow. who often playa number three for Australia.
