Cathedral Burgled
The Christchurch Cathedral was broken into on Friday and a sum of money, less than $lOO, was stolen from a safe. Five collection boxes were also forced and an unknown amount of money was stolen from these. It is not known how entry was gained, but a window was smashed to gain entry to the verger’s office.
