Cyclist Badly Injured
An elderly cyclist, Mr A. T. Clarke, of 76 Parnwell Street, Burwood, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital with severe head, chest and arm injuries after a collision between his bicycle and a bus at the intersection of Travis and Bassett Roads at 4.30 p.m. yesterday.
Mr Clarke’s condition was reported last night as fair.
