Change Of Grounds
Unfit grounds have caused changes and cancellations in the week-end’s sports programme. Rugby: The games between Lincoln College and Christchurch, and Old Boys and Merivale-Suburbs have been transferred to Burwood, and Belfast will meet Albion at Denton Park. Hockey: The match between Hagley Old Boys and High School Old Boys has been transferred from Williamson Park to Denton Park. Only senior games will be played, all other hockey being postponed. Skating: Heavy snow has forced the postponement of the New Zealand ice skating championships at Lake Ida. They will be held next weekend. Rugby League: All lower | grade matches have been postI poned. The senior games will J continue at the Show ' Grounds.
