Mr B. W. Payne, a member of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Institute of Draughtsmen, has been awarded the A.M. L. Armstrong Award (Class A) for 1967. The award is presented each year by the institute in recognition of conspicuous success in the New Zealand certificate in draughting.
