New Term As President
Mr J. W. Thomas has been re-elected president of the Methven Trotting Club for 196869. Mr H. J. Harrison has been re-elected vice-president and Mr J. E. Triggs as treasurer. Theirs were the only nominations received for the positions.
Nine nominations have been received for the six vacancies on the committee and a ballot will be held. Those nominated are: Messrs G. Anderson. G. McD. Anderson, L. H. Broom, N. E. Law, M. C. McTigue. J. C. Nordqvist. T. A. Penn, A. T. Smith. H. J. Stevens. The club’s annual meeting will be on July 30.
