Acquitted Of Manslaughter
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, July 9. A jury in the Hamilton Supreme Court this evening found David William -Henry Lyttle, aged 22, not guilty of the manslaughter of lan Philip Mudgway at Okabakura, seven miles north of Taumarunul, on March 13. But the jury found Lyttle guilty of an alternative charge of unlawfully injuring Mr Mudgway. Lyttle was remanded for sentence until Friday by Mr Justice Tompkins.
