Theme and Jay Ribbon from the Parliamentary Handicap could have been expensive yesterday. Royal Theme was found to be • sore yesterday morning. There la nothing wrong with Jay Ribbon but his Wingatul ownertrainer, J. A. Wilson, has de- ! elded to wait for the Winter • Oats on Saturday. E. J. Didham will ride the Whyte Handicap I winner again.
