Injured Pilot Transferred
Mr T; M. Wallace, .the pilot of the helicopter which crashed after hitting power lines at Lower Shotover, Otago, on Sunday, was transferred by air from the Kew Hospital, Invercargill, to the Christchurch Hospital yesterday afternoon. Mr Wallace, principal of Luggate Game Packers, Ltd, was admitted to the spinal unit of the Christchurch Hospital. His condition was reported to be satisfactory.
