He was commenting to re- . porters on an item in a Hong , Kong newspaper that China ■ had appointed a general in I the south of China to cot ordinate terrorist activity ; along the Thai-Malaysian border. Speaking in the north-east i State of Kelantan, Tun Razak , said such an appointment was i a clear indication that a ; foreign Power was interfering > in Malaysian affairs. Malaysia objected to such a - policy by Peking, and was not • prepared to allow such medd- - ling. It was also a clear indit cation that the underground s Communist Party was under I the influence of an outside - power, he said.
