Julian (Owairaka), scored a convincing win in the seven miles and a half cross-country teams’ race at Cornwall Park on Saturday. He beat the 10,000 metres representative, R. Maddaford (Owairaka) and E. McGuire (University) into second and third places, when he finished 150 yards clear in a fast 38min 40sec. It was Julian's eighth win in as many races.
