UNIVERSITY TRIES
After 11 rounds in the senior Rugby competition, the three University teams have scored more than 35 per cent of the tries, although only Lincoln College is near the top of the points table. Of the 224 tries so far, 78 have been scored ’ by
University teams. Lincoln College has scored 28, University A, which is in the bottom four of the competition, has 29 and leads the try scorers. University B’s tally is 21. The competition leader. New Brighton, has scored 23 tries.
