The Faculty is planning specialised courses in business and commercial law including international studies and the appointee should be well qualified to undertake major responsibilities for implementation of the programme. The Faculty also hopes to offer greater specialisation in public law particularly public international law and if a suitable candidate is not available in business law an appointment may be made of a candidate especially qualified in public international law. The Faculty of Law offers a full undergraduate course in Law and has facilities for postgraduate courses tn various branches of public and private law. The degree of Bachelor of Laws in this University is recognised for purposes of admission to practice in both New South Wales and Victoria and this in turn leads to admission to Federal jurisdictions.
