The Italian, F. Bitossi, on Thursday won an uneventful 118-mile seventh stage of the Tour of France cycle race from Lorient to Nantes. His time was 4hr 58min 23sec. The over-all classification was unchanged the Belgian, G. van den Berghe, holding the lead for the third successive day.
