Blnp Harris and Compiny,. Ltd, Wellington, is making an Issue of (600,000 of registered debenture stocks with the right to accept oversubscriptions of up to WOO,OOO. The terms ore five years at It per cent, seven years at per cent, 10 yeare at 71 per cent, and 15 years at 7* per cent.
The asset tacking is 3831 each 3100 of stock.
The Issue will open on May Id and to being underwritten to 3100,000 by Daysh, Renouf and ComSmy. Ltd, and New Zealand niied Corporation, Ltd.
