Found Not Guilty
Richard Allan Colvin, aged 23, a presser, was found not guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday of Indecently assaulting a boy, aged eight, on January 27. Mr Justice Wilson discharged Colvin. The jury took 25 minutes to reach its verdict.
Colvin, who gave evidence in his own defence, was represented by Mr D. H. P. Dawson. Mr N. W. Williamson was Crown Prosecutor.
