Tribute To N.Z. Woman
A New Zealand woman's work for destitute children in Bombay was highly praised by a visitor from India, Mrs Purviz Horn! Banaji, in Christchurch last evening. “Miss Diana Balemi Is running the Door of Hope with a true missionary spirit,” she said- “It is splendid that a young woman should come to Bombay all the way from New Zealand to help humanity. We all admire her very much and are delighted with what she is doing.” Mrs Banaji, who has visit ed the home several times, said Miss Baleml's batik craft centre was also progressing well.
