Gaol Second Time
(N.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE, April 22. There was only one penalty appropriate for a second offence of driving while under the influence of drink or drugs within seven years, and that was imprisonment, said Mr W. M. Willis, S.M., today. James Roderick Williamson, aged 28, a fisherman, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while under the influence of drink or drugs and was sentenced to one- month’s imprisonment.
