TALKS IN TOKYO
(N Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 19. The Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) announced tonight that Mr T. C. Larkin, Assistant Secretary of External /f--fairs, would go to Tokyo for discussions with Japanese officials which start on April 25 The talks will be the counterpart of those held between the two countries in Wellington in January, 1967, and will cover regional co-operation and recent developments in South-East Asia and the Pa cific.
