Record Time By Russian
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW. N. Pankin, a 19-year-old Moscow engineering student, yesterday broke the men’s world 100 metres breaststroke record, with a time of lmin 6.2 sec. Swimming in the Moscow championship at the new 50metres indoor pool, Pankin clipped five-tenths of a second off the official world mark made by another Russian, V Kosinsky, last November.
