New Moves Planned (N.Z.P.A.-Keuter—Copyright) WEST BERLIN, April 18. Student leaders are planning fresh demonstrations despite growing protests over the wave of Easter violence which yesterday claimed its first fatality. The West Berlin Mayor, Mr Klaus Schuetz, will address the City Parliament today about the week of student unrest The Opposition Christian Democratic Party wants tough action against the demonstrators after clashes sparked off by the attempted assassination of Left-wing student leader Rudi Dutschke. Students at a meeting last night called for a silent march today in tribute to a press photographer, Klaus Frings, who died yesterday from a head injury received in the Munich battle between police and students. They also plan a demonstration on Sunday—officially to protest against the military government in Greece. Last night’s meeting in the technical university also prepared for student participation in the traditional May 1 demonstrations. *
