Woman Badly Injured
An elderly woman pedestrian was severely injured when a Christchurch Transport Board bus stnick her yesterday afternoon. She is Mrs Minnie Amelia Hood, aged 73, of 119 Ruskin Street Mrs Hood was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital where her right leg was amputated. Last night she was seriously ill. The accident occurred at the corner of Colombo Street and Wordsworth Street at 2.55 p.m.
