SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT LYTTELTON-WELLINGTON STEAMER EXPRESS SERVICE The Union Steam Ship Company advise with regret that consequent upon the loss of “Wahine" sailings in the Steamer Express Service between Lyttelton and Wellington and vice versa have had to be cancelled and a new timetable arranged. Until the 22nd of June the sendee will be maintained by LEV. “Maori” only, which will offer five sailings from each port each week and will consist of both night and daylight sailings. All bookings held by passengers prior to the loss of “Wahine” art automatically cancelled and must be rebooked at the nearest office or Agent of Union Company, or Railway Station. The amended timetable until 22nd June is as follows: From Lyttelton Monday No Sailing. Tuesday, Daylight at 8.30 a.m. Wednesday night, at 8.15 p.m. Thursday night, at 8.15 p.m. Friday No Sailing. Saturday, Daylight at 8.30 a.m. Sunday night, at 8.15 p.m. From Wellington Monday night, at 8 p.m. Tuesday night, at 8 p.m. Wednesday No Sailing. Thursday, Daylight at 8.30 a.m. Friday night, at 8 p.m. Saturday night at 8 p.m. Sunday No Sailing.
