. (N .Z .P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. April 16. A clinic to treat teen-agers addicted to “soft” drugs, such as amphetamine "pep” pills, “purple hearts” and “black bombers" opened in London today. The East London Addiction Centre is in the basement surgery of Dr Christopher Swan, and its medical secretary (Mr Stephen Hartford) says it will offer help and treatment to young people addicted to any drug apart from the “hard” narcotics, heroin and cocaine.
