SUPERIORITY MAINTAINED

CV.Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, April 16. The United States continues to maintain nuclear weapons superiority, despite the Soviet Union’s impressive build-up of inter-continental ballistic missiles, according to the Institute of Strategic Studies.
