(N.Z Trett Attn. —Gopgriohtr MELBOURNE Yootha scored his sixteenth win from 31 starts when he thrashed the opposition In the $6300 Easter Cup over one mile and a quarter at Caulfield on Monday. Yootha passed the well-baeked Nanna Tale shortly after turning for home and went on to win by nearly two lengths from the fast finishing Star Belle. Ford, who represents the big punting Asian syndicate, paid a record price for a filly at the annual Sydney Yearling Sales yesterday. Mr Ford purchased a Gaul— Miss Pilot yearling for $33 000, which shattered the previous best of $25,200.
