Burglary Of Dairy
The Mary Poppins dairy, 339 Cashel Street, was broken into on SuiiJay night and cigarettes and a radio of a total value of $55 stolen. A house in Hawke Street was broken into between April 11 sg)d yesterday. A gas meter was forced and eggs were splattered over the kitchen walls. Tools worth $3O were taken from the yard of the Middleton Timber Company between Saturday and yesterday. The premises of A. J. Jamieson, Ltd, 77 Tuam Street, were also entered recently and $2 in cash was taken.
