New Award For Timber Men
(N.Z-. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 13. No change has been made in the existing minimum wage rates in an award for New Zealand timber workers released today by the Arbitration Court, but some provisions have been altered. The additions include provisions for production bonus schemes, a minimum of three hours overtime for workers called back at week-ends or public holidays, and special holidays for long service. The award embodies conciliation agreement.
